House Parties
Throw a party at your place. Pick the music and the vibe, invite your friends or the whole city, and earn host tips.
Every apartment can throw a party, from the walk-up to the penthouse terrace (which was built for it). Parties are free to throw.
Throwing a Party
- Go home (H). Parties only happen at your place.
- Click Party. (In the penthouse, the DJ Nook opens it too.)
- Pick the music. Everyone at the party hears the same song.
- Pick a vibe. It changes the lights.
- Choose who’s invited: Friends, or Everyone in the City.
- Click Start the Party.

During a seasonal party, a seasonal vibe joins the list.
During the Party
- You’re the DJ. A chip shows what’s playing. Open the party panel again to switch the music or the vibe, Invite With a Link, or End the Party.
- Your friends get a heads-up that you’re throwing a party, with a Go button to come over.
- City locals drop by while the party’s small (“Heard there’s a party!”).
- Guests dance, chat and hear the same music you do.
Host Tips
Keep your party going for 90 seconds with 3 or more guests (city locals count) and you earn:
- Party host tips: 30 coins (up to twice a day)
- 20 XP (up to twice a day)
- The Host with the Most stamp, the first time
Guests earn the Plus One stamp just for showing up.
